who is give the correct tips for trading future & option nse india?

Yourself is the correct answer. You must be knowledgeable to this field and no fast or quick profit. It is not an easy task to speculate with thoughts of being rich the next day. I am in financial market for over 27 years. One could profit daily for 3 years but losses everything in a month. This is a self discipline game and your feelings must be fully involve. Its also a paying lesson to gain experiences but control provisions is needed.

Tips: Cutting losses is the beginning of profit gain.

How come you lose money by option trading?

I was told in options trading, you do not execute the order if it is no good.
in future trading , you have to execute the order, even it is very bad. then how come you lose money in option trading?

In options trading, even if you don’t execute the order, you would have incurred the cost of the option itself, like an insurance premium. Whether you claim your insurance or not, you still pay the premium, right? Basically, you lose that premium if the trade does not work out but nothing more than that. In futures trading, you will lose money for as long as the stock go against you, which makes it a lot more risky. How Can I Tak Physical Delivery of a Silver Option Traded on the CBOT?

I would like to take physical delivery of a silver option. From my understanding I need to exercise the option which will convert the option to a future. Can I exercise the future before experation or do I have to wait until it closes?

Buying spot silver is the best decision here. In the futures markets there are somewhat arcane delivery rules, i.e. wheat may need to be delivered to a specific railyard and you are responsible for transport from there.

Additionally, silver futures are fairly large contracts, where are you going to store it? This will naturally cost something too.

Which is more profitable on the long and short term, trading Stocks, Options, Future or Foreign Currency?

There is no real way to answer this question. Any of them can be wildly profitable, any of them can wipe your account out completely.

It comes down to trading methods, time horizons, and the amount you wish to risk.

For Warren Buffet, stocks have been most profitable. For George Soros it has been currencies. For Lewis Borsellino it has been futures. Options – well, options are the poor man’s race track. Just kidding, don’t know any large option traders.

That being said, options limit your risk to a degree but also limit your reward, stocks have very little leverage which demands you have more funds, and both futures and forex allow so much leverage that you can make money insanely fast or blow your account in a couple of days depending on how you do.

Forex tends to trend nicely, which is great if you’re a long term trend trader. However it’s an unregulated market where 99% of the brokers are absolute crooks.

Futures contracts expire anywhere from one month to three months out, which means it is harder to trade "long term". Same goes with options. However, futures have significant tax advantages over stocks, which can help tremendously when that is factored into the equation.

Stocks – buy and hold has turned into buy and hope.

Hope it helps, from someone who has traded all four and stuck with futures.

How and why Premium created in Future & Option?

would be great help, plz advise what is the reason of certain shares to be traded in the Premium.

futures contract is an agreement between buyer and seller to buy or sell a particular asset (eg shares) some time in the future at a price agreed today. Futures contracts may be cash-settled or require physical delivery of the underlying asset. For equity futures, a cash-settled contract requires a cash amount to be paid on the settlement day, reflecting the difference between the initial futures price and the price of the underlying shares when the futures contract reaches maturity. In doing this, the investor can buy and sell contracts without ever owning the shares in the first place. This aspect is often quite attractive to investors because it prevents them from paying stamp duty which they would otherwise have to pay if they were trading shares.

Options give investors the right, but not the obligation to buy or sell a particular asset (eg shares) at a fixed price on or before a specific date. Unlike futures contracts, the potential loss to the buyer of an option is limited to the initial price (or premium) paid for the contract, regardless of the performance of the underlying share. Like futures, options can be used to try to capitalise on an upward or downward movement in the market, but also generate returns in a static market.
How do futures and options work?
Like insurance allows the owner of a car to protect their asset for a premium, futures and options allow investors to protect their investments. For example, suppose a fund manager knows they will have a certain amount of money to invest in shares at a fixed time in the future, but they believe the market is going to rise and there is a risk they will have to pay a lot more for the shares. They can purchase options on the same shares for a relatively small outlay (called a premium), and use the profit from the options to offset the higher price they would have to pay for the shares when the money becomes available. Because the amount of money that can be made or lost varies between product, three examples have been provided to give an indication of the potential of trading futures and options.

Universal Stock Futures For Universal Stock Futures on UK stocks, the profit/loss is £10 per penny move in the futures price. For example, if an investor buys one HSBC Universal Stock Future at 750p, and the market rises to 770p, they can sell for a 20p gain = £200 (£10×20). If however, they had of sold short initially, the loss would have been £200.

For European Universal Stock Futures, the profit/loss is €1 per €0.01 move in the futures price. For US Universal Stock Futures, the profit/loss is US$1 per US$0.01 move in the futures price.

FTSE 100 Index FutureFor FTSE 100 Index Futures, the profit/loss is £10 per index point move in the futures price.

Equity Options For Equity Options, the premium paid/received is £10 per penny. Unlike futures, if the investor buys an option, the maximum loss is limited to the initial premium paid.
